Motorcycles, pedestrians and cyclists
No airbags, no steel frame. The injuries are often severe.

Motorcycle riders
The most common crash: a driver turns left in front of a rider and says, “I didn’t see him.” Not seeing a rider isn’t an excuse. Riders also face bias, and the evidence has to answer it.
Pedestrians
Drivers must yield to pedestrians in crosswalks in many situations. Pedestrians hit outside a crosswalk may still have a claim, depending on the facts.
Cyclists
Georgia law requires drivers to give cyclists a safe passing distance.
Your own auto policy may help, even if you weren’t in a car, through uninsured motorist coverage.
